Keep frozen at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze. Do not pre-heat then re-cook.

Preparation for restaurants
Cooking instructions are provided as a guideline only. Cook from frozen.
Frying pan
10-13 minutes on medium heat. Turn every now and then.
Oven
15-18 minutes at 180°C. Turn once.
Barbecue or Grill
Rub with oil. Grill on both sides for 6-8 minutes.
